1. All right. First, start off with your canvas, mine is 1280x800, but the psd is 1024x768 because box.net won't let me post big stuff without payin' dah cash. So, make your canvas and fill it with black. I mean complete black. #000000 por favor.

2. Grab your pictures. I didn't feel like using Kris/Rob again so I went for some Gaspard because come on. He's a hottie for rizzle. So I grabbed my images. I suggest you get something that isn't too vibrant, a bit dull because the coloring will really make it pop out. Anyway, I resized them to about 350px height and width and then slapped them on where I wanted them, which is the far right.

3. Next, we gots dah coloring which I totally stole borrowed from threeeyespei

LAYER - NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER - SELECTIVE COLORING:

YELLOWS: -74, +7, -14, 0

NEUTRALS: +54, -3, -50, +14

LAYER - NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER - SELECTIVE COLORING

REDS: -100, 0, +100, +10
YELLOWS: -100, -100, -100, 0
CYANS: +100, +8, +100, 0
NEUTRALS: +12, -3, -13, +14

LAYER - NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER - SELECTIVE COLORING

REDS: -25, +31, +8, +41
YELLOWS: +100, 0, -24, +26
GREENS: +100, +100, -43, +100
CYANS: +100, +100, +100, -100
WHITES: -21, -14, -20, +2
NEUTRALS: +4, +2, -4, 0

See the coloring enhancements? And now you're like "OH MY FREAKING GOD, HE'S SO BRIGHT!" We'll fix it later.



4. Now we need to add those box things I got. I grabbed two from lovelamp  and then modified them to surround the pictures and then set them both to MULTIPLY @ 100%

Here they are:



See how it helps dull out the color and make it look ten times cooler? Yeah, thought so.



5. LAYER - NEW FILL LAYER - #261802 @ EXCLUSION OF %100

Duplicate that layer so ya got two now.

Not so offensive to the eyes now is it?



6. Grab these light textures:







and set them to SCREEN or LIGHTEN with varied opacities to your liking.

7. Take this modified paper texture by brasaremean  and set it LIGHTEN to it shows up, folks.





8. Almost done. Just add this texture by lovelamp , once again modified, and set it to MULTIPLY
