I MOVED IN TODAY!
The first couple hours were weird. And I still haven't really met my suite mates. Names have been exchanged... But I spent a couple hours with one of them. And I met some people from the the town South of me. We've actually met before, but didn't realize until we started comparing friends. lol
A couple of Georgiana's suite mates are really cool.
All in all, I've met and held up conversation and spent time with like 7 or 8 people. I'm proud of myself. I'm really shy. I can't take the first step. For those of you that know me in real life, hard to believe... I know.
I still have to buy a bunch of stuff for my room. It looks really not homey. I need shit to hang on my walls and a rug and my fridge is being delivered tomorrow. I wasn't going to bring a TV... I thought I could just use my computer for everything... But I want a TV I think, I have the room now that I'm here.
It isn't like home is far away.
PS: I promised no more college posts, but fuck that. As long as they have pictures. I'm fine. ;)

The Daily Show Welcomes GOP to the Twin Cities

With the Republican National Convention set to kick off Sept. 1 in Minneapolis-St. Paul, The Daily Show With Jon Stewart has already kicked off efforts to welcome GOP delegates to the Twin Cities.
The Comedy Central show has erected a can’t-miss-it billboard off of I-494 that greets motorists leaving the MSP airport. Beneath a photo of the Daily Show crew is the salutation: “Welcome, rich white oligarchs.”

I took on another project today in lieu of not actually ordering any textbooks. I'm deleting accounts on websites. Whether they be old accounts that I don't use anymore or accounts that I use now, but not too often. What the fuck is with these websites that wont let you delete an account? Like Devianart, I had to go through and manually delete ALL of the content for two accounts. Gaiaonline wont let me delete accounts and I don't even remember how to navigate that site.
I feel like there is a giant data trail online with my name on it. Shit I don't use that is just lingering. So I'm attempting to delete it. OH! I'm also deleting things like my Twitter account. I use them, but not enough people do. I don't need it in my life. I use the Internet too much and my shit is spread all over. CUTTING BACK.
I think my Last.FM is the next to go.
EDIT: Add both of my old websites and my old Livejournal to the list of deleted.
