2. The change
I was thinking lately, this exchange hasn't been very active since I first created it. Not a lot of lagomorph charactors I suppose. I'm thinking of including rodents and other small furry creatures in this exchange. If not, I might close this place down for good. I'm probably talking to myself right now though, but input from anyone else who still hangs around here would be nice. Let me know what you think.

I have been really terrible about running this exchange. I have multiple exchanges that I run and sometimes get very busy and can't keep up with them. I'm considering a few ways to solve this problem. One would be to turn this exchange into a 2 month long exchange instead of one month. Another option I have been thinking about is taking on a co-mod. With the co-mod however I would need to work out a sort of contract or guidelines. It seems silly and unnecessary, but I would not be mentioning anything of the sort if there had not been issues. Let me know how you feel and if anyone would like to be a co-mod let me know and I will certainly consider it. Also, if you received an email last month disregard it. If you already started your piece I apologize greatly.

Making up for the month you got missed, I know this is two black and whites that I've given you just now but  it's sort of where my brain is.  And I was myself very happy with the bunny, even if he was a little simple.  Likewise with this I am rather pleased, she looks to me like a gypsy dancer and no, I have no clue why she is holding the rediculus orb, it just sort of came out that way.  Hope this is alright anyway.  And so you know I go to school in August so this will be my last month with the LapineXchange.

I am so sorry this is so late!  ...and rather simple, I only just realized the day!  I hope you like it, I know it's really simple but I was trying to convert my cat's position into a cute bunny.... Um, no time right now.  Must run, still working on make-up art for you from last month,  Toodles!

I finally finished the sketch for the image I owe from September. Again, I know no amount of apologizing will make up for the lateness of this image but I'm sorry I took so long none the less. Also, artemispanthar has yet to turn in art, if anyone would like to adopt me I would appreciate it, though I don't really feel it is neccesary.

In response to this, I have not implemented a three strikes and your out policy, but I'm thinking of adopting one. How would all of you feel about this? If you're late three times you will be permanently banned from the community. I was also thinking of implementing a policy where if you do not turn in your art for one round, you must sit out the next. How do you all feel about that? Let me know how all of you feel about these ideas.

  Just did up this little sketch for you, I hope you like it!  I think it's a bit more in character.

Okay, I know he's too skinny, but I liked what I considered to be a rabbity shape... so I did an extra little sketch of him, a bit rounder ^_^ Hope you like em!
 

Okay, so there have been some issues with my markers (specifically the kind I used when I colored Anisa) and I cannot complete the picture the way I wanted.  Basically you said Anisa is short but without any frame of reference you would think she was tall (or at least that's how I understood what you said) and my character Malkavia is the opposite, she's nearly seven feet tall but is propertioned like a much shorter person.  So, I wanted to draw them together but I had to draw them on seperate pieces of paper.  When I discovered the issue with the markers I considered coloring malkavia with my other markers, but the coloring style would be very different which would have driven me crazy.  So.  Since I gave you Anisa colored already I thought the linework (which I had scanned with the digital coloring option in mind) would be sufficient to express my initial intent.  I am very very sorry you didn't get better art for April.  I will do my best to make it up if I get you for a chosen again at some point.
