hello :)

can anyone recommend a female D.O. in the lansing area? i would really like one that doesn't just throw pills at a problem, but instead takes into consideration lifestyle and diet, and looks for root causes of health issues, who doesn't just treat the symptoms. one who is vegetarian/vegan-friendly and uses homeopathy in addition to modern medicine would be a plus as well. (picky, aren't i? :)

i've had recommended to me drs. wendy page-echols and liz kozlowski, and while i've read mostly good things about them, i've read that their office staff is not so nice, it can sometimes take weeks to get in, and once you get there for your appointment, you have to sometimes wait hours to see the dr.

dr. kohler has also been recommended, but i've called her office on 3 separate occasions, and always get the voicemail. i've left messages indicating my interest in becoming a patient, and i've never received a call back, not even one saying, "we're not taking new patients at this time."

i'm not completely "writing off" the above mentioned doctors. i'd just like a few more opinions.

thank you in advance for your suggestions :)
