AboutThis is one of the few Gothic Lolita communities out there, and yet another rarity - it's dedicated to an extreme minority - the African-American Lolitas and Aristocrat community, and is extended to include other POCs. It is important to state that this community is open to all, however the majority of discussion will be focused on Lolita fashion from the point of view of a Person of Color. This community was born out of a need of safe haven where PoC could come and discuss their fashion choices without ridicule about their racial makeup by others.

RULES
-Harassment of ANY KIND is strictly prohibited.
-Pictures should be lolita or EGA related
-It is one thing to express a dissenting opinion, but it is another thing to bash everyone else and flame people because they disagree with you. By all means, you may do the former if you please, but the latter is not permitted. Come correct and act like you got some sense.

-We claim no ownership of these pictures, and simply put, if you post pathetic pictures here, it would be suggested that you either friends-lock your posts. If you get mocked, that's on you. The owner, admin and mods are not responsible for people laughing at you outside this community, nor are we responsible if your actions here result in you getting laughed at outside this community as well.
-If the admin/mod teams hear ANYTHING about a scam, even if it's going on in a community outside of this one, it goes without saying that the banhammer will be utilized. This is done in an attempt to keep members safe here.
-Race related topics pertaining to EGL and generally Japanese-culture things are allowed here. I will say to keep in mind - we do not take it easy on people when it comes to race. The best way to learn about race is to actually get your feelings hurt one good time, and then it will probably help to educate you. We're not saying be bitchy, we're just saying to TREAD WITH EXTREME CAUTION WITH REGARDS TO RACE.
-As this is a community for People of Color, makeup tips, wigs, hairstyles, etc will revolve around POC. There will be afro-puffs, cornrows, microbraids, etc. If you think that it's going to offend your petite Loli sensibilities, then that's tough.
