Searching for: Glow in the dark + neon colors
Who makes the best glow in the dark nail polish? I'm looking to find some by Halloween so I can wear it out to the club. <3

None of them glow as much as I'd like, but so far the best I've tried is Zauder's Glo Nailpolish.
