Rules:
• 1. You must join the community to post an application (Along the same lines, you cannot post an application for a friend)

• 2. No character bashing; there are a few questions where people may disagree with your views (least favourite character, for example), so try not to say anything too harsh without justification, and try not to discuss disagreements

too much.

• 3. Don't try to push to get a certain character, that ruins the point of it. Afterwards, if you disagree, you may submit a re-app.

• 4. Fill out the entire application. Always explain 'why' and try to avoid giving one or two word answers. The more you put, the better idea we can get of you, and therefore the more accurate your stamp will be.

• 5. All applications MUST be behind LJ-cut. If your app isn't under a cut, you will be warned. If you do not fix your application within a day, it will be deleted. Just in case there are other circumstances, I'll keep a copy

of the application on my hard drive. Just drop a note on my personal LJ (

kaneha) and I'll reply with your original application.

• 6. You will be stamped after a week, or 9-10-ish votes. In the event of a tie, you can be stamped as two characters.

• 7. You must vote on three other applications before you can be stamped, and it would be appreciated if you could vote on more. You can view members in need of votes by the 'Needs Stamp' tag

• 8. Re-stamp rules are as follows: please wait 2 weeks, and please provide links for 5 votes between re-stamps. These requirements will be increased if the need arises.

• 9. You can vote someone as up to two different characters. If you want to change your vote; delete the first post and state in the second one that it's a re-vote.

• 10. Please BOLD your votes, it makes my job a lot easier. Also, please provide an explanation, no matter how short. It's nice to know people's reasoning, particularly if it's different than the majority.

• 11. There is no header keyword. Instead, to prove you've read the rules, please tag your post 'needs stamp' ~~(hahaha how lazy am I, making you do my work?)~~ If, for some reason, you can't tag it, make a note in your post and I'll do it for you.
