Welcome to the one and only Kylie Minogue icon challenge on livejournal. Founded and maintained by me, [info]tripmeup. This is a open community, meaning that anyone can join. If you decide to join then please participate and spread the word. ;D
THE RULES
01. You must use the pictures that I provide for you in your icon.
02. Your icon must be no larger than 100X100 pixels and none larger than
40kb.
03. Icons can only be in JPG, PNG, or GIF Format.
04. When entering, please comment with both the actual icon and 'url':

06. When voting starts you can only vote once and do not vote for yourself.
07. Do not steal the icons! Ask the maker if you can use it after the challenge is over.
