o3. No animated icons.
o4. No fanart or doujinshis.
o5. Only words can be the lyrics given.
o6. Icons must be made fresh for the contest.
o7. When voting, don't vote for yourself.
o8. All icons must fit LJ standards [100x100, 40kb].
o9. Non-members cannot submit icons or vote for the contest.
o10. Don't take the icon without artists permission.
o11. If you win first place one week, you may not participate in the next week's challenge-
to be fair for others to win.
