| Suggestions needed for MANLY crafts. |
[Jul. 5th, 2009|09:54 am] |
I'm volunteering at a children's summer camp next week, and may be taking crafts. It's a mixed camp, and this week is for age 12+ (so you know they're going to be just too cool to like anything). Can anyone suggest crafts that boys and girls can do? The most fun things I can think of are a little girlie, and the most fun gender-neutral thing I can think of would be throwing clay at them and letting them work away. (I figure they can draw or paint at home if they like, I'd like to do something a bit fun and different if I can.) No idea what kind of facilities the centre has, but it can't hurt to have a few ideas that I can maybe reshape if needs be.
Thanks a million!
(And I'm sorry if this isn't the appropriate place for this, but it seemed like a good bet.) |
