First of all, what is KoME?
KoME is an American and European database and information website for Korean music.

KoME’s Principle Objective
The prime objective of KoME is to spread the popularity of contemporary Korean music to the people of Europe and America.

The Origin of KoME
Because of the increasing popularity of Korean music in America and Europe, the teammembers of JaME decided that a website dedicated to Korean music would be created. So, in 2007, KoME was born and, in September 2007, the website went online.

Key Dates in the History of KoME

2007/09/03 : Grand opening of the KoME website which can be found at this address : http://www.kmusiceuropa.com.

This livejournal community has been created for the following purposes :

- To make general announcements concerning KoME, such as contests and the like.
- To recruit new people.
- To give people the opportunity to send their reviews to us.
- To post random KoME trivia.
- To receive feedback. Especially this one is one of the most important points: trying to be 'closer' to our readers. Sometimes we read feedback on other sites/forums but it's not sent to us. If we receive complaints, we can do something about it and improve ourselves, if this is not mentioned to us, we don't know about it and therefore can't change anything.
- To give people the opportunity to ask an artist questions when we have an interview coming up.
