Hello everyone,  thanks so much again to all the participants this year!  We had an awesome selection of art and fiction with some really interesting prompts.  They all turned out really well.  I would also like to say thank you again for all your patience with me.  February turned out to be a brutal month for me between sickness, term projects and internet shortages *shakes fist at her university...srsly...where does my tuition monies go to? *

I think there's a sense that between those two, Giesela wants something to be done to fix that tension, but is reluctant to reach out, and Adalbert simply doesn't know what to do and prefers to pretend that he's at ease with things.

Also, when Adalbert refers to Gisela as “demon,” he’s not talking about her being Mazoku, heh.

A/N (if applicable):  I enjoyed writing this one, though it was a bit of a challenge for me.  I don’t usually ship or read this couple, but I still had a lot of fun doing it!  This is actually the second story I wrote for this challenge.  The first story was terrible and not worthy of becoming a gift, so I scrapped it and wrote this in hopes it would be better.
