This might vary from which icon maker you're taking icons from. One might not as strict about crediting as another one. You'll find each person's separate rules in their posts. Meanwhile, here's a general outline:
- Don't hotlink. Stupidest thing ever to do.
- Please credit the person (either fadedsouls or bubbleforest) if you take any of their icons. Or credit the community (kindagetmego__ - 2 underscores) as a whole.
- Textless icons are NOT necessarily bases. Unless you get permission, don't edit the icons to your liking.
- By all means, friending is more than allowed. There's no need to ask permission first. We won't bite.
