kiddie_rightsThis community is for those who are intrested in the safety and well being of children all around the globe. Also if you are a survivor of Child Abuse this community is a wonderful outlet and support net.. Everyone is welcomed regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual preference, parent or non-parent ect... Please take a look around and join!!!
You can share your personal stories, give advice, start a group project, participate in weekly themes, share your feelings and ideas, post helpful resources such as websites, news articles, books, inspirational literature and artwork, share icons or other LJ graphics tell us about events, or organizations in your area, anything as long as it stays on topic of children and their best interests...
1. Please keep all posts on topic..
2. Debate even heated debate is welcomed, but flames will not be tolerated... You will be warned ONCE if it happens again you will be banned from the community... This is a friendly place..and I would like to keep it this way..
3. The posts in this community are not locked, you have the option whether you want your posts to be made either public or only available to the other members of the community...so if you post anything personal I recommend making your entries Friend's Only or anyone on the internet will be able to read your entries in the community...
4. Put any triggering/sensitive material behind an LJ cut.. If you do not know how to do this vist the Livejournal FAQ..
5. Do not post any pictures or images that are disturbing, they will be deleted.
6. When posting past experiences or stories please only use the first name of the child,
children have the right to privacy on the internet as well as adults, let's respect that right. (Excluding News Articles)
7. Although Promotion of the community is not required it would be appreciated. (See Banners below)
8. Community Promotion is welcomed here, as long as it somehow pertains to children, but if you do decide to promote, please promote this community in yours...Please only promote once per month...
9. Trolling and snarking other communities whether Pro-Child Abuse or Anti-Child Abuse is not allowed...I do check EVERYONE'S userinfo when you request to join and I do take notice of other communities/intrests you are a member of or that you are watching... I want all of my members here to feel safe...Also if you are caught trolling and/or snarking you will be banned from the community..
