WELCOME TO THE FIRST AND ONLY KELLY ROWAN ICON CHALLENGE COMMUNITY ON LIVEJOURNAL.

rules

• Submissions must meet LiveJournal size standards: no bigger than 100x100 pixels (40KB), in either JPG, GIF or PNG format.
• Use only the image(s) provided, unless otherwise stated.
• Animation is not allowed. This is a still community.
• You may use brushes, text, gradients, textures, etc to create your icons.
• Icons must remain anonymous. Do not post them anywhere else until the
winners are announced.
• All icons must be new. No pre-made icons.
• Do not take any icons without permission from the artist.
• Have fun.

entering

• You must be a member of the community to enter.
• Post your submission(s) in a comment to the challenge post under your username. Comments will be screened.
• Submit entries using the following format (displaying both the image and its URL):

voting
• Don't vote for your own icons.
• Don't ask your friends to vote for you.
• Vote for 3 icons (unless otherwise stated) - 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
• Voting is weighted: a 1st place vote is worth 3 points, 2nd place worth 2 points and 3rd place worth 1 point.
• There will be 3 winners for each challenge (1st, 2nd & 3rd places) plus a moderator's choice, unless otherwise stated.
• Winners will receive banners shortly after the challenge is complete.
