I have a mint condition copy of 砂のお城 (Suna no oshiro) Limited Edition for sale!

Well Kanon is gonna have a new song out,"透明の鍵(toumei no kagi/Invisible Key), though no release date has been announced so far. It does have a tie-up with the online game "アヴァロンの鍵(AVALON no kagi/Avalon's Key)". You can hear a preview of the song here. Click the larger view(大画面) to hear it in better quality. This site will also have an interview with Kanon up soon.

Our lovely photographer Cari had the chance to sit down with Kanon and interview her for our September issue.

Unlike before, we may have more copies available later, but I'm not sure what the details on that will be or if there will be an increase in price for back issues quite yet.
Anything impressive you’ve seen at the con so far?
• Definitely the cosplayers. Especially the people who come in for the autograph sessions, the quality of their outfits is amazing and they’re cute too.
Was there ever a time that you disliked the cello or became tired with it as a child?
• Yes, many many times I thought about quitting but it became such a routine in my daily life. It’s like going to bed, brushing your teeth or taking a bath; if you don’t do it for a couple of weeks then you feel uncomfortable about it. So because it became a routine, I never did stop playing.
You and your producer Mana (ex MALICE MIZER, Moi dix Mois) seem to have a lot in common. Do you have a good relationship with him outside of your work?
• Because Mana is very famous and notorious for not speaking in public, we have to communicate through handwriting and telepathy. *laughs* But he knows where all of the best food is, so we go out to really fancy restaurants a lot. So yes, we have a good relationship outside of work.
Do you have any advice for aspiring cellists?
• Every cellist has a teacher, and my sensei once told me that the kanji for ongaku (music) is written as “fun” and “play”. Knowing that, the most fundamental aspect of music is to enjoy what you’re playing and have fun.

In the blog entry from Kanon's official website posted last night, Kanon wrote the set list of her recent one-woman live. She had a great time and seemed to be real happy with it. I noticed something neat about the setlist...the encore seems to be a song called 透明の鍵 (Toumei no kagi; The Invisible Key, thanks to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mrs_fujiwara, who saw her live and confirms the new track!), and is possibly a new single from her. I remember her saying in an interview she's planning on releasing a single come September, so this might be the title of it, or its b-side.
Either way, super excited!
