Kaka was officially presented as a Real Madrid player in front of tens of thousands of fans at the Bernabeu stadium on today.
An estimated 50,000-strong crowd - almost three times the anticipated number - turned up to watch the ceremony as Kaka was unveiled as Madrid's latest addition by club president Florentino Perez and honorary president Alfredo di Stefano.
The 27 year-old former AC Milan playmaker will wear the No 8 at Madrid next season.
"I'm very happy because this new stage of my career will be at Real Madrid. I hope to write my name into the history of this club with many victories and successes." - Kaka

Milan bought Emerson because he was just a dead player in Real Madrid.
I've ever considered Emerson like a betrayer of Juve and now I consider him also a bad person.

He says that Pato and Kakà really want to play for Real because "if you don't play in Real, you are not a good player".
He added "I'm sure they'll play in the Liga in the near future".

BREAKING NEWS: Kaka Signs For Manchester City - Arabian Reports
( that's the worst day of my life )Kaka has been linked with the richest club in the world for several months now, but the speculation of a possible move really began to heat up earlier this week.
'Arabian Business' now claim that a deal has been sealed, which will see Manchester City pay Milan around€112 million, while Kaka will earn</div>€380,000 per week.
This will smash Zinedine Zidane's transfer fee record from 2001 when he moved to Real Madrid from Juventus for €76m. Kaka also becomes the highest paid player in football history.
Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour is said to have told friends at 1500 CET that Kaka has signed for Manchester City, although there has been no official confirmation from the club, or from Milan for that matter.
Mansour took over the reigns at Eastlands in September, but he funded the€37m signing of Kaka's Brazilian compatriot Robinho on August 31 summer deadline day.
