RULES |
1. There a lot of choices on where to give birth. This community welcomes those birthing in hospitals, birthing centers, or at home. Whether you are under doctor, midwife, doula, or unassisted care - you are welcome here. This community supports a woman's right to choose for herself. The same philosophy goes for our parenting choices. Let's be *supportive* and informed, mindful and respectful! 2. Treat all community members with respect. Disagree with them, share sources, links, information, and opinions with them, but be respectful. This means: a) Speak to them as you would want them to speak to you. b) Let's be low drama mamas. No name-calling or mud-slinging. No trolling of members' journals. Comments written to provoke drama will not be tolerated. c) If you post on a controversial topic, be prepared for debate to ensue. If you present a statement as fact, be prepared to provide links/sources to back it up. No one is obligated to justify their decisions to this community, BUT if you post about them here, you are inviting discourse. d) Do not delete, screen, or freeze posts or comments.
