| Welcome! This is a stillness community for Japanese rock musicians. Every week a new theme will be posted and it is up to you to make icons that fit that theme. The themes range from the technical to the emotional and everything in between! Remember, this community is supposed to be fun! You do not need to be a community member to participate. | Rules may change from challenge to challenge. 01. No animation. This is a stillness community 02. Icons must follow the LJ icon specifics of 100x100 pixels in dimension and 40kb or less 03. You may submit 3 icons for each challenge unless otherwise stated 04. The icons should have been made by you for the challenge. Do not use previously made icons 05. Icon submissions must remain anonymous. Please do not post your icons anywhere else until after the results have been posted 06. Please host your icons somewhere other than LJ. Good and free sites include photobucket and imageshack 07. Post your icons to the challenge post and remember to post both the image and the url 08. When voting is up you may only vote once 09. You may not vote for yourself! Self love is not cool 10. Anonymous votes will not be counted | |||

| Every Saturday a new challenge will be posted. The challenge will be up for a week unless a lack of entries means it needs extended. There will be a mid week reminder on Wednesday which is me giving you guys a little prod ^^ All submissions should be posted to the challenge post. All comments will be screened. First place votes receive for three points; second place votes receive for twp points; third place votes receive one point, so it is important to vote in order of preference.
