Welcome to Jossverse Awards... the icon awards community for all the fandoms in the Joss Whedon universe! That means Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel the Series, and Firefly!

Rules:
1. You are allowed 15 noms (16 if you nom in the special category)
2. DO NOT lj-cut your noms from now on!!! I repeat, all noms MUST BE VISIBLE! This is to prevent double nomming on icons.
3. For every icon of your own you nominate, you must nominate an icon by someone else.
4. Do not nominate an icon that has already won that category! All winning icons are archived HERE! PLEASE CHECK!
5. You CANNOT nom more than 2 icons per category!
6. "Normal Again" is the only category where an icon of an actor out of character can be nominated!! If you nominate one elsewhere, it will no longer be counted. Promotional shots can of coursed be used, but no photoshoots.

Out of Mind, Out of Sight: Best Textless Icon
Band Candy: Best Funny Icon
Lovers Walk: Best Couples Icon
Potential: Best Coloring. Do NOT nom icons that are b&w with a splash of color. Those belong in the "carpe noctem" category!
Normal Again: Best Actor/Actress Icon (not in their role on BtVS, AtS or Firefly)
Phases: Best Guest Star/limited appearance Icon (To clarify: this means that the character can only have been in the credits for less than a season! So, that would be Oz, Doyle, and a plethora of guest stars.) Illyria DOES NOT count, as Amy Acker has been in the credits for more than 1 whole season!
Heart of Gold: Best Friendship Icon (examples: the scoobies together, Mal and Jayne together in an icon... you get the picture?)
Bushwhacked: Best Cropping
Carpe Noctem: Best black and white icon (can have a splash of color)
Epiphany: Best Emotion Icon (icon showing emotion: happy, sad, angry...)
What's My Line: Best use of text in an icon (show quote, lyrics, poetry)
