1. Only the mods, slayergurl121 & binka_bo0, are allowed to post.
2. Icons must meet standard LJ size requirements (jpg, png, or gif, under 40kb and 100x100 pixels or smaller) and must be stored on a host that allows offsite linking.
3. Only one icon per maker per contest
4. Do NOT post your icons anywhere else before the winners for that contest are announced! This includes your personal journal.
5. Do NOT vote for your own icon, this will disqualify your icon.
6. Don't vote on an icon just because you recognize a friend's style or because you know a friend made it. That's just not cool.
7. There will be 2 categories to vote in, best overall, and best theme application... remember to consider the THEME when voting in the best theme application!!!
Community Basics
A new contest will be posted weekly. Icons should be submitted in the comments to the contest post. Submitions can be made from the moment the contest post is posted until 8pm Eastern on Friday evening. Voting will generally be put up on Friday Evenings, and will last until Sunday evening. A new contest will be posted Sunday evening by one of the mods, after the winners have been announced.
