General Contest Rules & Guidelines:
The following rules may change within the single contest, so please read all contest rules carefully, before making and posting your icons.
01. Weekly contests will be posted by saturday and participants will have until Friday around midnight EST to enter their icons.
02. Icons may be no larger than 40 kb and 100x100 pixels.
03. You need to be member of the community in order to participate (voting is up for all lj-users)
04. Don't post icons anywhere until voting is closed, all should remain anonymous.
05. You may not use any other picture(s) but the one(s) provided. Brushes, textures, e.t.c. are allowed.
06. Do not blend (combine) with other caps than the provided ones. You may repeat the caps or a portion of the caps on the same icon.
07. If you don't have your own webspace, please make sure that you host your icons on a proper site like photobucket or imageshack, which allows hotlinks, so that your icons are available (for the whole contest and can be linked for the poll - links to your Livejournal account won't work for the poll!!)
08. Enter only newly created icons - not something you've had in your basement for a year.
09. Post your entries as a comment to the challenge post only.

10. A Voting Poll will be made after the deadline, which will last till the following monday around noon (EST). You have to vote for your top three icons in order. (Each first place voting makes 5 points, each second place voting 3 points and each third places 1 point. The icon with the most points wins)
11. You may not vote for your own icons. Your icon(s) will be disqualified. Also, please DO NOT GET OTHERS TO VOTE FOR YOU! Let's be fair about this.
General Community rules:
01. Please DO NOT STEAL anyone's icon without obtaining permission from the icon maker.
02. After two teasers please post behind a lj-cut.
03. No fighting
04. No trashing the show or different people's choice in pairing
05. Keep all icons related to the show or its actors (All other posts will be deleted without warning)
06. Tag your icon post in a proper way as described here
