With Challenge #28 I would like to try something new. Since the participation was really low over the past year I had the feeling that it's time to close this community or at least stop the challenges. But renee_fanno1 convinced me that I should continue and try something different.
And herewith I give it a try and start the first "One month challenge".

For one month I will give you a theme (or two) and you have one month time to make icons for this theme.
There will be no voting at the end - it's just for fun. So make as many icons as you like and just post them here in the community as a new entry to share them with the others.
To make it a bit easier, I will provide two themes this month and give you some caps.

After the long hiatus in January I'm trying to start a new challenge. I hope that there are still enough iconmakers out there that are willing to join and make some great icons to show their support for the show (I know this won't change anything and NBC won't give it another season, but it helps with the grief, doesn't it?).

Since there are only a few (three, sometimes four) people who enters the challenge, I decided to chance the schedule a bit. Starting in November there will be only one challenge per month that last for two weeks and include at least two parts (maybe more) which might be a bit more tricky than the last challenges. Every first saturday of each month I will post the instructions. Then you have two weeks to get your icons in. After this we will vote and I will announce the winners.
I hope this change will work. I'm not ready yet to bury this community. I hope you aren't, too.
