This is a community for fans of Joe Armstrong (Allan a Dale in the 2006 BBC series Robin Hood) on LiveJournal.
You are welcome to post whatever you want (fan fic, icons, screencaps, fan vids, news, general discussion and squeeing, etc). Here's the forum code, think of it as more of a set of guidelines... don't make me get more specific than this...
Guidelines:
- Please be respectful of both the other fans and the man himself.
- Please use the lj-cut feature and don't spam flists... generally, if your post looks long or is pic-heavy, put it behind a cut. For icons, no more than 3 teasers.
- Keep in mind that some fans haven't yet seen all of Robin Hood, or whatever other production you may want to talk about, so if your post is going to be overly spoilery, please give a warning!
- For fan fic, please use an lj-cut and provide a header with at least a title and rating. No real person fic. Fics posted here should be at the very most PG-13 (preferably below, in keeping with the show). You may link to fics with higher ratings if they are posted in a locked journal or community post elsewhere, but please do not post the body of the fic here.
- Tag your entries (icons, fan fiction, the last detective, etc) as it makes everyone's life easier!
- Credit your sources! Again, this makes everyone's life easier and more enjoyable.
- Most important of all: HAVE FUN!
If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns, please let me know! Right now, this especially includes graphics and layout suggestions!
