Oh, my God, you guys, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry. I shouldn't be trying to mod an icontest; I'm too absentminded.
Hello, I've paid more attention to my icon posts on my journal than I have on my community!
Plus there's that thing with me not having a compy at home.
And plus when nothing came in for the redemption challenge my mind began wandering... O_o;;
So once again I am looking for additional mods, maybe two, who can hold things down when teh Kimi isn't here or when she gets too far into making graphics...
And HOPEFULLY we will be back to normal on Monday. O_O

Anyway, it's time for the REDEMPTION CHALLENGE! Right now, our three remaining competitors get a week's break, because this challenge is just for anyone who was eliminated in a previous challenge, and they have a chance to get back in! We'll be letting three competitors back in (depending on how many entries come in)...

+ LJ Standards apply: 100 x 100 max, under 40 KB.

I'm closing up early cause all four members responded :D There's a small change due to us being almost at the end of this round (!!!) so please read the guidelines again.
Voting Guidelines
♪ You will be voting for TWO icons of lesser quality, and ONE that is your favorites for the People's Choice. ONE maker will be eliminated and one will have People's Choice.
IF YOU MADE ICONS FOR THIS CHALLENGE: You're only required to vote for ONE elim. and ONE People's Choice. This only applies to the three icon makers ONLY. (And of course, you DO NOT have to vote, though we'd like you to.)
♪ You don't have to give a reason for your favorites, but you must for your eliminations. For the icons that are your least favorites, avoid using personal preferences. You'll be voting based on technique and aesthetic quality.
♪ Don't vote for your own icons, nor tell your friends what to vote for. That could get you disqualified.
♪ Even if you're not a contestant, or even a member for that matter, you can still vote! The more votes we get the sooner we can move to the next challenge!
♪ Example Voting:
Eliminations
#001: The icon's coloring makes the subject look washed out.
#002: The icon is over-sharpened and the coloring is too harsh.
#003: The font used for the text doesn't fit the icon at all.
Favorites
#004: I like the coloring -- it enhances the subjects, but isn't too harsh.
#005: I like the placement of the lights on the icon.
