The new GCF Semester begins this Wednesday. We are going to have at least one study, which will be on the Passion Week. The question is, shall we do another (which would be a journey through the books of Kings)? Please take 5 seconds to vote:

I corrected a problem that required you to also by a member of the
jhu_gcf group before voting. Now anyone should be able to vote in the poll.
If you attended this year's fall retreat, please take the survey below. Answers will be confidential except to the GCF leadership team, so we can better plan the coming years' retreats. If you make a comment, it will also be invisible to the other readers. Thanks!

Do you have an idea for future retreat topics:
Last night at our meeting we heard R.C. Sproul say, "All forms are art forms, and all art forms communicate something."
What are your thoughts on that quote? Do you agree or disagree?
Our website (http://www.jhu.edu/gcf) maintains a list of churches attended by current and former members. It has not been updated in a long while, and I would like to remedy that.
Please comment below naming the churches you all attend. Thanks!
Please help me (by commenting) compose a list of suitable locations (i.e. restaurants, etc.) for our GCF lunches.
The following are all places we have eaten that I am aware of:

I don't know how many of you have stopped by to visit since arriving in Baltimore or after attending our welcoming barbecue, but I thought I would post an entry to welcome you all here if you do happen to be visiting this blog afterall. Feel free to post any questions or comments.
(And while you are here, do vote in our Bible Study poll below....)

Our study of the Passion accounts has ended. This week we shall be having a social time, but what should we study in the remaining weeks of summer? Are there any short topics you would like to delve into? Any video series you would like to watch?
For reference, the following is a list of our previous studies, copied from our website.
Previous Studies
The First Christmas Songs
Jesus' Last Teachings
In previous polls, the majority of you desired to study one of the Books of OT History next. We have recently looked into Joshua, Judges, and Samuel, so that leaves us with Kings/Chronicles and Ezra/Nehemiah. But it seems to me that that would work better for the Fall Semester when it begins.
So then, what are all your thoughts?
