AboutThis community was formed to bring together lolitas in the northeastern United States. Look here to find postings about mass New England meetups, invitations to more local meetups and LJ communities, and general information specifically pertaining to New England lolita business that wouldn't necessarily be appropriate for (or would clog up) the general ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)

1. Only one image may be posted outside of an LJ-cut, and it must not exceed 500 x 500 pixels in size. You may post images of any size inside the LJ-cut as long as they fit within the community's topics.
2. If you have a lot of text (more than a few sentences) please put the bulk of it under an LJ-cut.
3. Please stay on topic! Only post items that would be of interest to the lolitas in New England. More general lolita-related post should be put onegl.
Examples of topics that would be acceptable:
A) Something having to do with the organization of mass meetups. Posting pictures from a mass meetup is fine too.
B) Advertising local meetups arranged in other LJ communities in case someone in the New England wants to go. These meetups should already be arranged and planned--posts should be about the date, time, place, etc.
C) New England lolita-related news. For example, "Angelic Pretty creators are coming to Anime Boston! More information inside!" (This is NOT happening, it is merely an example.)
3. Sales, trades and WTBs are not permitted, period. There are plenty of communities (such asegl_comm_sales) for that. Posts stating "Where can I get/find _______ in MA/PA/VT etc." are allowed but don't let it get out of hand.
4. Have a good time and enjoy yourselves. We would like to create a real sense of community among the New England lolitas.
Please keep in mind that members may also be banned for frequently breaking any of these rules. Moderators will likely warn the member multiple times before this takes place.
Additionally, the moderators reserve the right to delete or reject any post they deem inappropriate, even if it's not addressed in the rules. Please send an LJ message to one of the moderators should you have any questions or problems.
