As you guys heard in the last episode, we won't be recording this week. But what could you guys do without some JEP Cast presence? Even if it's in the form of a mod post. XD This is just to get some things down on text that weren't mentioned on the cast itself.

- We're going to be hosting a layout contest! It's not starting officially yet, but hey, if you're interested in participating, just some points that will be required. There has to be a sidebar--it's where we display most of our information after all (including a free text space, tag list, links and calendar). On the header, JEP Cast must be prominently displayed as well as the hosts names. And yes, there will be a prize. :D

- As you noticed in the entry before this one, we are in need of a few good men. Or women. Or hey, if your dog can do the jobs, that'd be awesome too. XD But seriously, if you guys are interested in helping us out, we'd love that. All information is in that post.

- The Podcast Awards are starting up again this year! We didn't think we should try last year since we didn't feel we were ready for it, but this year... :D Nominations started October 04 and we'd love if you guys could nominate our podcast for the Entertainment category. While winning would be amazing, just being nominated would be fabulous. Nominations end on October 18, so get in those nominations before then! (Heck! If you love listening to podcasts, do nominate the podcasts you love for this! We'd all love to be acknowledged in the end, ne?)

- If you listened to the end of Peyton's spiel of contact information, you would've heard that we now affiliate! Currently, we're only affiliates with japan_now and aramatheydidnt, but we are definitely looking to affiliate with other sites/communites that are related to Johnny's Jimusho. If you're interested, do comment here with the name/location of your site/community/etc. (Or for now, comment below because I think our domain is still down.)
