jeng_stillness, an up-to-date icon contest for non-animated Jennifer Garner icons. Each week a new challenge will be posted, whether it be a picture, a base, or theme, and members will create up to 3 icons to enter into the challenge for voting by members. The purpose? To have fun and to challenge yourself creatively. In this case, challenge yourself by making Jen icons!

gothic_nyx and x_nocturne, two insane Jen Garner fangirls who also enjoy creating icons and taking part in icontests. You can find their joint icon journal at fyre_paved.
The stillness movement was created byquebelly with buffy_stillness - we owe the idea to her!
;& RULES__________
1. Your submissions must not be animated! That's the point of a stillness challenge - to have a non-animated icon.
2. Each member is allowed to submit up to 3 icons per challenge. No more.
3. Submissions must remain anonymous. This means that you cannot use or post your icon anywhere until the voting period is over.
4. All entries must meet livejournal icon standards: 100x100 pixels max and no bigger than 40 KB.
5. Your icon cannot be something you previously made (refer to #3).
6. You cannot add any other images and must use the base provided. Don't try to hunt down the picture and change it. Also, don't add any other images to your icon. Use only the image/base provided unless specific rules are posted for that challenge.
7. Please do not take any of the contest entires without the creator's permission.
;& SUBMISSIONS__________
1. Submissions are to be posted in a comment to the challenge post. Comments will be screened so that they are only viewable by you and the moderators. This keeps the contest anonymous.
2. You are allowed to submit up to 3 icons per challenge. No more. Please try to keep your submissions to one comment reply. Try not to post your entries one by one. Wait until you're sure you're finished and post them in one comment.
3. You will need a host that allows remote linking. Your entries must be hosted on a reliable server to ensure that they are all up for viewing once voting time comes around.
4. When posting your entries, please include the URL as well as the image itself. EXAMPLE:

Due to the busy schedules of the two moderators, challenge rounds will be regularly updated where you are given one week to make your icons. A voting period will last for three days and after the winners are announced, a new challenge will be issued.

1. You don't have to be a member of the community to vote.
2. You must however, have a livejournal account and post with it. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
3. Please vote for your favorite 3 icons - first, second, and third place.
4. DO NOT vote for your own icon(s)!
