JE_OKE (aka karaoke) is a community where fellow lj users are grouped together (or solo), then record and share their voice talents with one another. |
| How It Works |
You would sign up for any 1 song that is currently requiring singers. You can request which part you would like to sing, or wait until the rest of the spots are filled up. Of course, depending on which JE group it is, the number of participants varies. Once a group is complete and ready for recording, each one is given their part in which they sing + the karaoke version of the song. A due date will be set accordingly and all the parts will be mixed together to form one track. Then the song is ready for "distribution" (I can't think of any other fancy words - and clearly not for sale or mass distribution, just around the lj communities) |
