Hallowhedon is a 3-day unofficial convention to celebrate the Halloween weekend in style, and the various hit television series created by Joss Whedon. This event will feature guests from Joss Whedon's series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Angel", "Firefly" (and the movie continuation "Serenity") as well as his latest venture "Dollhouse".

This event will be held from Friday 30th October - Sunday 1st of November 2009 at The Thistle Hotel, Heathrow.

Current Guests include: James Marsters 'Spike' in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel", Nicholas Brendon 'Xander' in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", further guests to be announced soon!

I don't know if this is allowed over here, but I kinda need some help...

I'm entering a promotional art contest for Can't Stop the Serenity, a non-profit organization that puts on screenings of Serenity all across the globe to raise money for Equality Now.

The winner of this contest will get their design on the t-shirts, posters and ads! They will also recieve a plaque and a movie poster signed by Nathan Fillion!!!

So I am entering (we can enter up to three designs). I have finished my first concept but I can't decide between two text placements...can you all help me and comment on which one you like better? It would so help me out! Thank you!!

So one of my lj friends was at the NY Comic Con and got to meet Joss Whedon and get her picture taken with him!!! *faints*

Anyways, thought you guys would be interested in what she wrote here:

When I met up with Elise and Christian later, Elise told me that she freaked out too because she was too nervous to say much of anything. Also, because she was dressed as Kaylee and Christian was Jayne. Apparently when Joss saw their costumes he said, "I always thought there was something going on between you guys!"

So Joss is a Jaylle shipper? Hmmmm! That is quite interesting!
