AboutThis is a challenge community for fans of James Lafferty/Nathan Scott from One Tree Hill.
Rules:
~This is James stillness so no animated icons.
~Obviously it must be your own work. no stealing
~1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be given banners.
~All voting and submissions posts will be screened to prevent stealing and keep things fair.
~Plesase do not use the icons or post them anywhere until after the voting is finished.
~I will do a Mod's Choice awards if there is a particular icon I think deserves to be recognized but didn't win anything.

Timeline:
The New Challenge and Awards for the last one will be given Sunday
Submissions: will be taken Sunday through Friday. I must get them by 10pm EST on Friday or they will not be valid!
voting: will be Friday night to Sunday afternoon.
Note: If it is after 10 you can still post until the voting is up, however I'm not hanging around for entries after that time. So it's in your best interest to do so before hand.
