Did anyone seee what RTD said in his interview with cult times RE: jack/Ianto scene??
"I think it's deceptive with John [Barrowman]. His most beautiful scene in ["Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang"] is the scene in the office with Ianto where he asks him out. That's one of John's finest performances; it's beautifully understated so it's a mistake to think he's all size. He's an immensely accomplished actor; I think it's up to us to give him that range."
it mde me squee. so it's a beautiful scene between jack and ianto when he asks him out? Im very squeesome!!
That, combined with the kiss we've seen some of (and the promise from James Moran that it's longer than 2 seconds "bLIMEY... it gets good" is what he said actually... and e didnt write it, ao if hes seen only ep 1 and 2 we can guess where it is!) The fact we know it;s going to be a slow burn through season 2, plus Gareths comments about the fact their relationship is more open and less ambiguous and we see how their personal relationship and working relationship blur... im very excited!
