R U L E S
Of course there's some basic rules that you all have to follow. If there weren't any rules, this community would go haywire.

1. Most important rule! Respect the world around you! Respect is VERY important. Respect everyone, not only the mods, but submitters, voters, and bannermakers. No bashing is allowed in this community whatsoever. If you are found disrespecting ANYONE, then you WILL BE PERMANENTALLY BANNED WITHOUT WARNING!!!!

If you find yourself being harassed by anyone in this community, contact one of the mods IMMEDIATELY. Do NOT start a fight. Fighting will cause a permanent ban without warning.

2. If you find a icon that you like a lot, credit.

If you are found stealing ANYTHING from this community, you WILL be temporarily banned. Once we release you, and you still steal, you will be permabanned without warning.

3. If you didn't win, you know what you can do besides doing flame-posts and death-threats to the winners? Try harder next time. You might win if you try.

4. You don't need posting access, so don't ask for it.

5. This is NOT a graphic community. If you want to show off new icons, take those to

naruto_icons

6. Fan art and doujinshi ARE allowed. Just make sure to give credit to them when submitting!

S U B M I T T I N G
1. You can enter up to three icons. No more than that, please.

2. Always follow the theme given. If you do not, you are disqualified.

3. Follow this format when submitting:

4. Icon must fit LJ standards (100x100 px. 40 KB)

5. Non-members cannot vote or enter.

6. Upload you icon to a reliable source, such as Photobucket. Livejournal is NOT a reliable source.

7. Icon MUST contain Itachi in it. I don't care if he's with a million people, just as long as he is the main subject. If I can't find Itachi in your icon, you will be disqualified.

8. Every member can enter an icon or two, even mods/bannermakers, despite if it's your week to make banners or if it's your turn to mod. If you win and it's your turn to make banners, one of the mods will make your banner.

9. Icons may not be any older than 7 days. Icons have to be made specially for the challenge, and may not be shown anywhere else. Variations are not allowed.

2. If the SC is Most Creative, think, "Which person really thought out their icon?". Choose an icon you think is very original, not a base-like icon. Here are all the SCs (Note: These are not the order in which they are used, they are chosen at random) :
Best Cropping: The icon that was best cropped.
Most Creative: The icon that shows originality and creativity.
Best Colors: The icon that stands out because of its color(s).
Best Text: The icon that has the best caption or the best placing of text.
Best Emotion: The icon that bursts with emotions.
Best Picture: The icon that used a picture that you really liked.
Best Interpretation: The icon that interprets the given theme the best.
Best Fit Lyrics: The icon that best fits the lyrics given.
Most Humorous: The icon that you find very humorous.

3. Do NOT EVER vote for yourself or get a bunch of friends to vote for you. This is considered cheating, and if you are found doing this, even ONCE, you WILL BE PERMANENTALLY BANNED WITHOUT WARNING. Cheater are NEVER tolerated here! Ever!

5. All members can vote, even if you didn't participate for that week. Mods/bannermakers, you can vote. Don't worry though, the mods will be very fair.

6. Always remember to read the rules the mod/co-mod writes under the lj cut. There may be something, like no SC for that week or voting for more/less places, that you don't catch. If you vote for a SC and there is no SC for that week (same with voting for more/less places than the given number), your vote will not count.
