Since it looks like we'll be waiting awhile longer (maybe even forever), I decided to write what I'd like to see. (Well, this isn't exactly what I'd like to see, but I decided to keep it as close to canon as possible.) Sue me for being impatient. Let's all just hope it's not the only resolution we get.

Story Notes: So apparently I fail at following my own polls. And at getting anything done over winter break. After posting my "What shall I do to Ishida and with whom?" poll, the winner was Ichigo, with Renji coming in second, and for "semi-public sex" as the knk. "Forced orgasm" and "somnophilia" were strong seconds. So, I started writing an Ichi/Ishi with semi-public sex. Didn't like it, so started writing another. Hit a wall with it, so started writing Renji/Ishida somnophilia. Which decided it wanted to be gen or something. Started it again. Gah. Decided to turn the tables and try it with seme!Ishida. Threw up hands, sat back and glared at huge clusterfuck of ficage. Then received Vol 17 in the mail, read the "Red and White" poem and got inspired to write this. And yes, I know that poem actually refers to Renji and Bya, but you know, it works for these two as well. Even tho it's got no somnophilia in it, I'm dedicating this one to _debbiechan_ who's having to deal with so much crap lately that I figured a bit of mindless pronage might be a welcome distraction. ;-)
Further note: To all you Ichi/Ishi fans out there, I swear I'm working on something. It's just not gonna be semi-public sex (since that's kinda where this went.)
