Some quick guidelines to keep in check, and you'll be on your way:
- Please keep profanity to a minimum. Some swearing is tolerable & to be expected, but please keep it down to a reasonable rate.
- Breastfeeding is normal. It is the way we were meant to feed our babies. That's just how it is. This community will be pro-breastfeeding. If you plan to formula feed, we're not kicking you out, but we strongly advise that you may not feel comfortable here. Please feel free to post with breastfeeding questions - we are ALWAYS here to help, support, & encourage!
- Please put pictures behind a cut tag.
- If a debate regarding circumcision, vaccinations, or another highly controversial topic arises, we will NOT delete it. HOWEVER, we expect debates to be filled with intelligence. Please don't use "that's dumb" as an argument. Find a source for your facts, link to it! Prove that you do know what you're talking about! I know it's difficult to believe, but you CAN participate a successful debate without resorting to name-calling. Intelligence, ladies!
- Please, please, PLEASE try to use punctuation, and at least make an attempt to use decent grammar. Changing text color is also frowned upon. It's so difficult to read a post that is full of run-on sentences with absolutely no punctuation, in bright pink text. We're not grammar nazis here; we just want to be able to read your posts!
