-This is a tattoo community therefore don't update about what you and your bg/gf did this weekend. Keep posts on topic.
-LJ cut is your friend. Use it when posting ANY and ALL images. I will allow one picture to be outside the cut as a teaser, but if it's huge please re-size it first. If you don't know how to do a lj cut go to the livejournal FAQs page. If a cut is not used, your post may still be approved but I will ask that you change it or I'll have to delete it. No one wants to have their friends' page overcome by loads of pictures.
-No full nudity! There are minors in the community. If partial nudity has to be shown in order for us to see your tattoo,(meaning you are covering all necessary parts) put NSFW (not safe for work) in the lj cut somewhere or the post will be deleted.
-No trolling/asshole comments. If you don't like someone's tattoo then shut your mouth and don't say anything at all. I prefer not to have to ban people, but if you find it difficult to be a mature adult I will do just that.
-If your journal is less than 2 months old your request to join the community will not be approved. If I see a blank journal show up, there's no way I can tell if you're just new to livejournal or are a troll so please email me and let me know. I'll take a look at your journal and accept/reject membership as I see fit. This is so that I can attempt to keep out people who have been banned and just made new journals to attempt to get back in and start drama.
-If you are a member of any of the 'bad tattoos' communities, be respectful. You can talk crap as much as you want about people's tattoos in that community, but don't pull that shit here.
-I suggest that you make all posts 'friends only' but it isn't a must.
-Don't promote other communities unless they are tattoo/body-mod related.
