Got a question? We've (hopefully) got an answer.
Please read the current FAQ's to make sure your question hasn't been answered yet. If it hasn't, go ahead and comment here and one of us will answer your question asap!

Q: I downloaded the zip file, but can't get it open. Why not?

A: If you have a PC, you need to have winrar installed to open files. A lot files are saved as a .rar because this makes for an easier and faster upload and download. If you do not have winrar you can download it free here. For Mac users, you need a copy of StuffIt! If you have winrar or StuffIt! installed already, and the file still isn't opening, it's probably a mistake on our part, so comment on the post and let us know. We will fix it asap!

Q: Can I request caps?

A: Yes, but please do so at the capper's DVD list post. You can find those Here.

Hi.
My name is Jess, and this might seem so random to you, but I've been wanting to get into making screencaps and I've been looking for a place that might want to take me on as a capper. I have a multitude of DVD's that are quite random and thought what the hey, the worst they can say is no. Anyhow, these are the DVDs I own.

Hiya,

I'm wondering if you could maybe post some screen caps from the show "Degrassi: The Next Generation"? Preferably from the episode "Whisper to a Scream" (episode 8 of season three). Alot of people would really be grateful if you guys did get some screencaps, because it's really hard to find high quality ones, especially for Degrassi.

Out of curiosity as I am a tech-deficient mommy. I'm just looking for onew scene out of an episode to make into an icon for a friend's birthday and I've been searching anywhere.

TV SHOW: Torchwood
EPISODE: Season 2.2 "Sleeper"
SCENE: Towards the last 15 minutes where Ianto Jones say:

Mobiles, landlines, tin cans with bits of string, everything, absolutely everything: no phones, phones all broken.
[holds up hand in imitation of telephone]
Ianto Jones: Hello? Anyone there? No! Cause the phones aren't working!

I've been looking for the hand gesture and even tried taking a picture of my tv with my digital camera (yes, yes, probably not the best way).

Any suggestions on where to look? Any chance for a request?
