Welcome to immobulus_elite, an elite Harry Potter icon community. This community features icons from some of the best icon makers in the livejournal world. Also, posting access is only granted to those who applied and are accepted into the community.
This community was started by voirs and we'd both like to extend a huge thank you for letting us take over.

THE RULES
+ Please post your own icons. Do not steal someone else's icons and claim them for your own.

+ Harry Potter icon related posts only. If you have a multifandom post, please use only Harry Potter icons as teasers.

+ Please give credit to the icon makers. It might not be one of their rules, but I'm going to make it a rule. Do not credit immobulus_elite. CREDIT THE MAKER.

+ 3 icon teasers, at max. Please keep any large graphics behind a cut. This is to cut down the loading time of the page.

+ Please keep the icons within LJ's requirements/restrictions. If you are posting icons that are not within the requirements, please do not post them here.

+ Absolutely no icon bashing, no icon drama, nothing like that here. If you have a problem with an icon maker, take it up with them. I don't want to see it here.

+ If using a fake cut, please make it lead to the post of the icons, not just to your icon journal/personal journal. With that said, If you are linking to a LOCKED post please state in your post that it is locked, or will be locked after so many days.

+ Please do not get angry if you are not accepted. Take the critism and try to improve your icons. You could always reapply, but do not reapply with the same icons. Give it some time before you reapply.

+ duskspoken, shadowshamrock and shim_shim, will be voting on your application. If approved you will get an invite, if not feel free to reapply after a week.

+ If accepted, please go your invites page to accept posting access.

+ If you are not accepted and wish to apply, please wait a week (7 days) before reapplying.
