- You have AT LEAST ONE public entry in your journal for me to leave a comment on after I add you to the community.
- I will NOT add you if you have a journal that is strictly for joining communities, or if you are CLEARLY not female. This is MY community, and I will do whatever I feel the need to do in order to ensure the members are comfortable posting here.
What's okay to post
- A short introductory post with information such as your name, age, and location.
- Pictures of yourself or your girlfriend. Do NOT post asking for someone to tell you how to post pictures. See Helpful Links for info.
- Problems, concerns, or experiences related to lesbian or bisexual issues.
- Lesbian sexual issues or experiences. (See Guidelines for info.)
- Anything relating to the topic at hand (lesbianism and bisexuality) that doesn't break the rules below.
What's not okay to post
- Applications for girlfriends. Please post these in![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
idategirls instead.
- Off-topic chatter more suitable for personal journals.
- Surveys or quizzes.
- Hateful posts that contain homophobia, biphobia, heterophobia, transphobia, etc.
- Pleas for someone to come on AIM/MSN/etc. to chat/whining that you're sooooo bored. Nobody wants to hear it.
- Plugs for other communities. Promoting other communities will immediately get you banned. I have NO tolerance for this.
- Insulting or abusive comments relating to other members.
- Pornographic pictures or links. Tasteful nudity is ok, but they must be behind a warning and cut tag.
Guidelines
- If you post pictures, bear in mind that only one of your images may be visible on the main page, and that it should not be any larger than 400 x 400 pixels. Any other images must be behind a LiveJournal cut tag.
- Because we have member that are as young as 14, if you're going to be posting large passages of text or text which contains even mild sexual content, please put it behind a cut tag.

Consequences
If you are found breaking any of the above rules or guidelines, a comment will be made on the offending entry with a warning and what rule you're breaking. If the problem is not fixed immediately, or if you respond in a nasty manner to a mod, the entry will be deleted and you will be banned from the community for good. Please read the rules carefully, and adhere to them, and this community will continue to be great!
