| About: |  This community is for finding penpals,swapping postcards,sending mail to members within the group, and occasional small package swaps. The difference between this community and the rest on lj is that this one isn't just for getting penpals or just for swapping postcards it's for sending whatever entails snail mail to members.You can send 'random acts of kindness' to people who are in the memories section of the community. Rules: 1.Please don't advertise unless it has to do with snail mail and those days are the 1st and 15th of the month. 2.Absolutely no selling of any kind, please. 3.You must be at least 16 years of age to join. 4.Members who have not posted a full bio will not be able to participate in swaps,round robins,etc unless they have given the moderator their address. 5.Keep the posts on topic. 6.You only have to post one bio which can be found in the community's memory section which can be found on the profile page,however you are allowed to post an 'application' once a month to get more penpals. 7.You must 'watch' the community as well,if you don't then I may remove you. 8.
