Gen Con Event registration.

HI everyone,

Registration deadline for GenCon 07 is April 6th, So I'm going to need events by March 31st

Registration is different Every year. This year there is an Online event form.
The catch- you have to be Registered to the convention to use it.

As Event Manager for the Indie Games Explosion I should be entering your Event information for you.
If you have already registered a game you can still be part of the explosion by putting Indie Games Explosion in the Sponsor slot.

If you run enough events you can qualify for a free badge.

You qualify for the free badge by running 96 player hours. Player hours are the number of players times the number of hours, so this number is based on running four games at four hours a piece for 6 players. If you run games with fewer numbers then you need to run more than 4 games. if you run a 4 hour LARP for 24 players you have made enough player hours in one game.

In this schedual you are at the Ex hall when it opens and closes,

Hi Kat:

Looking over this, I'd like to change my mind on timing, and ask that you put the two Spirt of the Century games in the mornings of Thursday and Friday, and the two Dust Devils games on Thursday night (going as late as you like).

If that doesn't work, no worries.
