ierostillness! This is a weekly stillness icontest community for Frank Iero of the band My Chemical Romance. Each week a theme will be posted and you will be given a certain amount of time to create an icon. All submissions are done through comments, so the mod will be the only one who has posting access.Rules
1. Your submissions must fit LJ's icon standards: 100x100 or smaller, 40kb or smaller, gif/jpg/png formats only.
2. If an image is posted for you to use, only use that image. Any blending of outside images will be disqualified.
3. Your entry must be original. You are not allowed to use a base that someone else has cropped. Nor are you allowed to use an icon that you've made previous to the challenge.
4. Brushes, borders, effects, text, colourization, etc. are allowed for your icons.
5. Keep your submission anonymous. Don't offer it up in icon communities or use it before the voting is over. If you do, your icon will be disqualified.
6. If you would like to use any of the icons posted for the contest, please get the creator's permission first, and follow any additional rules they may have for crediting.
Submissions
1. At the beginning of each contest one of the mods will make a post where you can reply with your entry. Comments will be screened so the only people who can see your submission are you and the mods.
2. You will need a host, such as Photobucket, that allows direct linking. Geocities/angelfire/tripod won't work. If we can't see your icon, it won't be included.
3. When responding with your submission, please include the img src and url versions like this:

Deadlines
Wednesday night: Winners will be announced and a new challenge will be posted.
Thursday - Monday: Time you have to create your icon.
Monday night: Contest closes and voting starts.
Monday - Wednesday: Voting.
Voting
1. You must be a member of the community to vote. You may join and ONLY vote if you choose. Non-member votes will not be counted.
2. Do not vote for yourself or your icon will be disqualified.
3. Do not ask other people to vote for you. It defeats the purpose of anonymous entries.
4. All votes will be screened.
5. One mod's choice icon will be chosen each week, unless there aren't enough entries received.
