We are still quite new, and in our early stages, so please excuse the rather sad state of this community, and remember that the admin is a High School girl who is also a lazy assface.

1. Okay, first off...you have to be a fan of Icy/Bloom to join. Seriously, why would you join otherwise? o_o;

2. NO. HOMOPHOBES. OKAY.

3. Fics/art/discussions including other pairings, be they gay or straight, ARE ALLOWED, just so long as they have a visible connection to IcyxBloom.

5. THERE ARE NO LIMITS ON LANGUAGE/CONTENT. Got it? Anything goes, on one condition: anything above the PG-13 range must be put behind a cut.
