AboutRULES;
1. Provide links to pictures that you want for icons and/or layouts.
2. Please provide an example of how you want your journal layouts to be. State if it's a paid account or freeuser. Once we're done, we'll have to ask you for your passwords, so please give us some contact info. (aim, email, msn.)
3. Use CUT TAGS ( <*lj-cut text="title"> links, etc.
4. Be considerate. If someone makes you a paid account layout (free user, icons.), give them a code or two. Or hey, maybe a few icons? It's always nice to be appreciated, however it's not manditory.
