reikofanel)Welcome to Icons for Dante, the only community completely dedicated to icons based on the Devil May Cry game series! If you're an artist, fan, or just appreciate good graphics, we encourage you to join and share the fun! And even though the community name is Icons for Dante, we also encourage and welcome icons for other characters from the series, including Vergil, Trish, Sparda, and others, even including the awesome weapons! As long as the graphics are from some part of Devil May Cry, it'll be approved.
Which brings us to the moderators, rules and guidelines for the community.
soundedmind is the creator.sibilantmacabre is the maintainer and moderator.reikofanel and dragonempress99 are the other moderators.We work terribly hard to keep this great community up and running for the fans, so please have respect and if you're asked something by one of the above, just comply. If "drama" happens/continues for any reason whatsoever, banning will occur, no questions asked. Be reasonable, folks.
* Keep postings on topic. This is a Devil May Cry community. There are other communities for Silent Hill, Resident Evil, and other games that are just as wonderful. Please take all topics to their respective communities.
* You must be a member to post. If you want to comment on something you read/see here, please join to do so. The function is to cut out on flaming and snarky folks making remarks then disappearing. If you join and then wish to leave, by all means do so. However, if you do so just to deliver a flame shot to another member, I'll find you. Pending my mood, I'll either ban you from ever joining again, or report you to the Abuse Team on LJ. Don't risk it, please.
* When you see an icon you like and would love to use, please credit the author in your keywords so others may know who to contact if they wish. Plus, it's only fair to give credit where it's due.
* If members have other communities affiliated with Devil May Cry and wish to advertise here, let the maintainer know. I'll rather post the advertisement and edit out anything that might be unsightly or offensive to the other members. Let me get yelled at. ^^
* Please place all icon batches with four or more behind a LJ cut. Some folks still have dial-up! The same applies with pictures or large graphics as well. Also, anything with offensive lyrics/words need to be cut as well. We do have sensitive members.
* Also, please place any R-rated icons behind a LJ cut as well. Please use your judgement when posting icons. If you're not sure, post a cut just in case.
