Challenge 4 - Spiderman 2 [06 Sep 2004|05:10pm] madmiss88 [ music | Lostprophets- Lucky you [spiderman2 OST ] Hello everyone! I'm so sorry for the neglect to the community recently. I am back now and will keep the challenges coming weekly as promised. This weeks theme is the film 'Spiderman 2' (which has a great soundtrack that I keep listening too =]) This Challenge will run from Monday 6th September to Friday 10th September Remember to read the rules in the community info before posting an entry. There are 4 screencaps for you to work with and you can use all or just 1 to create an icon, which can be animated if you wish. The only strict rules for this challenge are: You must only submit one icon. No other images, must be included on the icon, other than ones i have posted. The icon must be 100x100 (though smaller are accepted) ( Screen Caps ) Please remember to submit your entries by commenting on this post. Entries submitted anywhere else will not be accepted. They will be screened so they will not be shown, until I unscreen them when the contest is over. Please post the url under the picture as well. Thank you and good luck to everyone! Apology and Challenge 3 reminder [08 Aug 2004|01:18pm] madmiss88 Well I'm back! [dramatic music] Firstly, I'm so sorry about the confusion of the last challenge, it was posted in a rush so I made a likely mistake and forgot to set the comments to screened. I screen the entries to make the voting fair and unbiased and more importantly so your ideas are not stolen by others. I have now screened all the comments so you can submit them privately. Those who have already posted the icons, you have been entered so don't worry about this entry. The new closing date for the challenge is Wednesday 11th August, to give those who wanted to wait a chance to enter. Remember icons must be entered in the original post here. This Challenge will run from Friday 23th July to Saturday 7th August This weeks theme is the film 'Troy'. I will post the caps for this challenge now so you have these two weeks to make the icon. Challenge 2 - Lord of the Rings - ROTK [12 Jul 2004|10:29am] madmiss88 Remember to read the rules in the community info before posting an entry. This Challenge will run from Monday 12th July to Friday 16th July This weeks theme is the film 'Lord of the Rings - Return of the King' I have posted 5 screencaps to give you more choice as to what your icon ends up like. They are all from the same scene so if you feel that you would like to merge two onto one icon (or something other clever like that which is beyond me =D) or use animation to use more than one of the images, then please go ahead. However simply customising one of them gives a great result, so I'm not trying to make you go all complicated, in fact I expect more of the one-cap ones.
