About This community is back up and running! Hello and welcome to Iconner , a community which I, ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} veiled_wounds, created to allow those of you without access to Icon-making programs the chance to get customized icons, Friends Only banners, blends and anything else graphic. All you have to do is join the community and post your request, which I will complete as promptly as I can. Please, if you are someone who creates icons and would like to fulfill peoples requests... resist the urge! This community is solely run by me which means the requests will be solely fulfilled by me. However, if you would like to become an Icon-maker, simply fill out the Icon Maker Application and I will give you my permission. This community wasn't created for me, it was created for you; all I ask is that you credit and follow the rules. Thank You! my rules are pretty-straight forward: 1) always credit my work 2) do not post your request in other communities. If you're requesting here, you're only requesting here. 3) all requests must be behind an LJ cut 4) do not post a request in the comments of another post 5) always tell me when you've picked up your request, even if you don't want it, tell me 6) all requests must given in using the request form 7) If you request more than 2 times and are about to request again, you must show me proof that you have promoted this community in at least one place. Thanks! 8) I will only complete one blend per week. Click here for more information on the blend system. If you violate these rules more than 3 times, I will be forced to ban you :( Just follow the rules and you'll be fine :)  Below you will find the request form.
