I found a tutorial once in the comm that has a picture on the background and in the foreground, there's a white layer with the use of the rounded rectangle tool showing the picture behind.

I'm sorry for not being specific and not providing an example.

Blurry images

I'm using Photoshop CS, and when I save images they lose their sharpness and "pep". I looked through the memories, and tried adjusting some settings, but I'm not sure what I'm doing, and it didn't appear to help. I also tried saving in different formats, but again, it didn't improve anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

well This is for psp and maybe gimp idk?
well u look at people who have photoshop and u see the persons lips pop out like
this right here

so here we go

Open ur image ur useing
and now go to file > new > pick ur size i did 408 by 208
now use the color 950000

and now...
copy ur color and paste it on ur image move it around so it covers the lips and some of the face and now set it to soft light about 50 to 60 i set mine to 57% or 59%
and now click ur Eraser tool
and now erase all around the face etc. and now make sure u don't do that to the lips and when ur done with that it should look like this.. well the image on top

I used this coloring from an icon coloring tutorial I got from here a long time ago, I was wondering if any of you have the link for the tutorial?

I usually save the tutorials as actions on Photoshop, but my computer had to undergo a reformat and I lost all the actions. I've searched the comm for this tutorial up until Dec 2007, and all I got was a migraine. Help, please?

Problem with brushes

I've been trying to download photoshop brushes from deviantart and something is wrong. Every single file I download won't let me open it.

I usually use winRAR.archiver to extract files or they usually come in zip files. Is there anything I can do to be able to open these files or is there nothing I can do?

I just find it so strange that EVERY file I downloaded won't let me open it. I think I downloaded over twenty.
