Uses selective colour.

to this: My icons are always relatively irritating in the sense that they rarely work on any more than the icon I made the tut for. You should keep this in mind when attempting it.
Start with your base, and depending on the brightness, screen it once. My base was already fairly bright so I only set the opacity to 67%
New colour layer, #FEF6EF and set to Multiply.
New colour layer, #D1FDFB and set to Colour Burn.
Selective colour layer:
REDS
-49, +51, +63, 0
YELLOWS
0, +7, +13, 0
NEUTRALS
0, +1, -8, 0
Another selective colour layer:
REDS
0, +17, +19, 0
CYANS
0, +13, 0, 0
NEUTRALS
+21, -9, -19, 0
Hue/Saturation layer:
MASTER
Saturation: +10
And we're done.
